About The Monticello Regional Airport

The Monticello Regional Airport was dedicated on Aug. 12, 2001 to the past, present and future aviators. Funding for the new airport was from the Iowa Dept. of Transportation, FAA and the Citizens of Monticello.

The Monticello Regional Airport is about a half mile south of Monticello along HWY 38. It is the only public Airport in Jones County.
